Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of broadband internet, leased line, and related services ("Services") provided by FastFi Network ("FastFi", "we", "our", "us"). By using our Services, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
- "Services" means broadband internet, leased line, Wi-Fi, OTT, and any other services offered by FastFi.
- "Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)" means router, ONU/ONT, switches, and related devices installed at your location.
- "Plan" means any tariff, package, or subscription selected by you.
- "Leased Line" means dedicated internet connectivity provided to businesses / enterprises with committed bandwidth.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract.
- You agree to provide accurate information (name, address, mobile number, email, and, for corporate clients, GST and company details).
- FastFi reserves the right to accept, reject, or disconnect any connection without giving reasons, as per law.
3. Service Activation & Installation
- Installation will be scheduled after receiving your request and applicable charges.
- Cabling, fiber laying inside your premises, and any extra work may attract additional charges, informed in advance.
- Ownership of network infrastructure and core equipment remains with FastFi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- CPE may be provided on rental, deposit, or sale basis as per the selected plan.
4. Plan, Billing & Payment
- Plan validity is as per the recharge (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
- All charges are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed for corporate / leased line clients.
- Taxes and statutory charges (GST, etc.) are extra as applicable.
- Non-payment on or before the due date may lead to suspension or disconnection without prior notice.
- Reconnection charges may apply after suspension or disconnection.
5. Fair Usage & Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Reselling or redistributing the connection to third parties without written approval from FastFi is strictly prohibited.
- FastFi may apply fair usage policies (FUP) to ensure quality of service for all users.
- Activities such as spamming, hacking, phishing, illegal downloads, or any act violating Indian law are not permitted.
6. Speed, Performance & Downtime
- Advertised speeds are up to the mentioned limits and depend on various factors such as Wi-Fi range, device quality, network congestion, and distance from access point.
- Scheduled maintenance, fiber cuts, power issues, or backend provider problems may cause temporary interruptions.
- FastFi will make reasonable efforts to restore services as early as possible in case of outages.
7. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
- You are responsible for the safe custody of CPE installed at your premises.
- In case of damage due to mishandling, electrical issues inside your premises, or physical damage, repair/replacement charges may apply.
- On termination of Service (where CPE is on rental/deposit), you must allow FastFi staff to collect the equipment.
8. Security & Privacy
- You are responsible for the security of your Wi-Fi password and connected devices.
- Any activity done using your connection will be treated as your responsibility.
- FastFi may retain and use customer data as required for service delivery, billing, and regulatory compliance, in line with applicable laws.
9. Suspension & Termination
- FastFi may suspend or terminate Services in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
- You may request disconnection by giving notice as per the current policy.
- Any one-time charges, installation fees, or non-refundable deposits will not be refunded on termination.
10. Changes to Plans & Terms
- FastFi reserves the right to modify tariffs, plans, offers, or these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms will be made available on our website or communicated through SMS/email/WhatsApp or other channels.
11. Limitation of Liability
- FastFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss including loss of business, revenue, or data.
- Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount of charges paid by you for the affected period of service.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bharuch, Gujarat (or as updated by FastFi from time to time).
